Audio-Technica Returns

At Audio-Technica we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may wish to change your mind. If you need to return an item you can do so within 14 days for an exchange or refund as required. We will refund the monetary value of the items returned to us, at the price you purchased them.

Whilst we offer refunds or exchanges on purchases, the goods should be returned in a similar condition that they were received in with all packaging. Audio-Technica reserves the rights to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged. Please note we are unable to accept returns for in-ear/canal headphones due to hygienic reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds can only be made to the original credit card, debit card or PayPal account used to purchase the product.

How to return a product

Step 1

1. Go to the 'Order History' page of your customer account (you may be asked to login to your account, if you haven’t already done so) and select the order containing the product you wish to return.
2. Select the product you wish to return by clicking the return button Return
3. Complete the ‘Product Returns’ form giving us details on your reason for making a return.

Step 2

Our customer services team will process your return request and issue you with an RA number. You will receive your RA number via email and also find a copy under the ‘Product Returns’ page of your customer account, usually within 48 hours.

Goods returned without a valid RA number will be refused and will delay the refund process.

Step 3

Goods should be returned to us in their undamaged condition with the RA number clearly stated on the outside of the parcel to:

No responsibility can be accepted for returns lost or delayed in the post. You should return the item to us via a traceable carrier as Audio-Technica cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

All care should be taken to ensure the return packaging is sealed and protected from transit damage to avoid loss or damage.

How to track your return

Once we receive the goods we will process your return and issue a refund or exchange within 7 working days. You can track the status of your return from the ‘Product Returns’ page of your customer account.
