Free Delivery

We deliver all orders totalling £50 (and above) direct to the address you have given to us by DPD's Express Delivery service. Orders below this amount will be sent using the Royal Mail’s 1st class post.

For security purposes, all deliveries sent DPD Express require a signature for proof of delivery. If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card with their contact details and will attempt to re-deliver up to 3 times before returning the parcel to us. If you are unable to take delivery, we would suggest that you contact the courier to arrange a more suitable time. For convenience, you may find it simpler to have the parcel delivered to your workplace rather than your home address.


We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 3 working days. You can check the status of your order within the My Account section. (*working day is classed as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays)

Where we Deliver to

We deliver to any valid postal address within the UK, France and Germany but we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you are based outside of the UK, France or Germany you will not be able to order through audiotechnicashop.com but you can find information on distribution in your country by visiting www.audio-technica.com.

Missing Orders

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 1 week and you have not heard from us, you should contact us at sales@audio-technica.co.uk with your order reference number. You can also track your order online using DPD’s Track and Trace service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you on dispatch and can also be found in the My Orders section within My Account.
